Message	I purchased a set of rotors from them a few years back and 1 of the rotors popped out of the box and was lost. I called Courtesy that very day and they shipped me another rotor no questions asked. The only suggestion to Courtesy is to get some better packaging as everything I get from them seems to be boxed and packaged with whatever they have at the moment and thrown together. That said, I still like the great website they have (it's newly updated), prompt shipping and great customer service.
